GENERAL INFORMATION
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please use the appropriate returns portal for your country:
To process a return, all items must be selected in the returns portal. Items that are not selected cannot be included in the return process.
If not all items are displayed in the returns portal, your order has arrived in several parcels. In this case, you would have to enter the respective tracking numbers in the returns portal in order to be able to select the corresponding items.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are €5.90 and will be automatically deducted from your refund.
An exception applies to refunds in the form of vouchers. In this case, there are no return shipping costs. This option can be selected in the returns portal.
RETURNS FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
Please return your items independently and at your own expense to the following address:

Please make sure you get a proof of posting and keep it in a safe place!
RETURNS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES
For returns from non-EU countries, it is mandatory that they are properly declared as returns. Please note that we do not pick up shipments from customs and do not cover any customs fees.
If customs fees are incurred upon delivery, we unfortunately have to reject the return.
If you have to return an item because it is defective or wrongly delivered, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and refund the costs for the return shipment. Please contact our support team in this case.
- Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- The item must be in its original condition and returned with all associated tags.
- The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same means of payment used to place the order.
- Processing a return may take up to 14 business days.
