It may happen that we cannot send all items of an order in one package. In this case you will receive a delivery note next to the invoice. Also in the mail confirming the dispatch you should only see the articles of the partial delivery. We will try to send you the missing articles as soon as possible.
If you don't have another confirmation of dispatch of an additional package, write a short mail to email@example.com with the article which is missing.
